The conference venue is Richard A. Kaufmann Auditorium (B60 Goldwin Smith Hall) at Cornell University, in Ithaca, NY. You can find a map and directions to the building here.

Registration Information

You are strongly encouraged to pre-pay your conference registration fee online through PayPal. Registration costs $40 for faculty and $20 for students.

The registration desk will be on the second floor of the Robert Purcell Union. The main conference registration time will be from 6pm-9pm on Wednesday, August 6.

For those staying in Cornell housing, check-in is allowed no earlier than 2pm on August 6. Final checkout time is 10am on August 10.

Where to stay

We have reserved single and double rooms at Cornell University (Jameson Hall) for four nights (August 6 through August 9).
  • Single: $48.50 per night
  • Double: $39 per person per night

Note: these rooms are not air-conditioned.

You can make a reservation for a CU dorm room by completing the form below. You will be taken to the PayPal site to submit payment and finalize your reservation.

The deadline for reservations is Thursday, JULY 31. Additionally, any reservations canceled after that time will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to one night's stay.
