Main and Special
Sessions
Presentations are allotted 20 minutes plus 10 minutes for
questions. If you are distributing hand-outs, please prepare 60-70 copies.
Photocopying services are available on campus and in Collegetown.
If you are a Mac user and require LCD projection, it is
crucial that you bring your own adaptor.
Poster Sessions
Posters should not exceed 40 inches (101 cm) in
height and 59 inches (149 cm)in width. Poster-size
printing is available at Mann Library.
Photocopying
and Printing
Photocopying and printing services are available at various
locations on campus and in Collegetown.
Olin Library: A
full-service copy center is located on the Lower Level. From the entrance to
Olin, make a right. Continue down the hall to the elevators. Press
"B" in the elevator to reach the Lower Level and take a right. Copy
Services can be found in the second office on the right. Mon-Thurs
8:00am-4:30pm, Fri 8:00am-3:30pm. Public photocopiers and
networked-printers are also available at several locations in the library. To
use these machines, you will need to purchase a VendaCard
(see Printing
Options in Olin and Uris).
Mann Library: In
addition to photocopying services, color and black-and-white printing are
available in Mann Library, located in the Ag Quad. You can also print your
posters here at a reasonable price. Mon-Thurs 8:00am-2:00am, Fri 8:00am- 6:00am, Sat
12:00pm-6:00pm, Sun 12:00pm-2:00pm. (visit Mann’s website for more info).

KC Copy Center (Collegetown): From Olin Library, walk straight down through
an intersection and across a bridge. You will arrive in Collegetown.
At the first traffic light, turn right downhill onto Dryden Rd. The copy center
is on your left. Mon-Thurs 8:00am-6:00pm, Fri 8:00am-5:00pm,
Sat 2:00pm-5:00pm, Sun 2:00pm-5:00pm.
