Registration rates for the conference are as follows:

Registration includes admittance to the conference dinner on Saturday, May 16. Only paid registrants are invited to attend.

Please mail a check, written from a US bank and made out to “Cornell University,” to the following address:

If it is not possible to mail a check, you may pay the registration fee at the conference with cash or a check (written from a US bank). However, payment is preferred ahead of time. Receipts of mailed payments with be sent via e-mail. Paper receipts will be available at the conference.
